New Cumberland 
Without question, one of the best bluegrass bands in Canada. Their home base is in London and play at many festivals and also frequently at the Aeolian Hall. They are well-respected by all bluegrass bands in Ontario.


Dennis LePage and Highbanks 
 Dennis LePage is an outstanding banjo player. Dennis put his band together by hand-picking great bluegrass players. He is so proud of this band and has every reason to be. We had them at our Bluegrass Reunion last year.. What an accomplished bunch of musicians. Everybody loved them so much - they are back because you want them here!


Darrin Parise & The Maple Sugar Sweethearts 
 This band has years of stage presence and have their own unique sound

The Nelson Family Bluegrass Band
The Nelson Family Bluegrass Band is all about family. Susan Nelson has put so much into promoting bluegrass. Their family is well known throughout Ontario and bluegrass circles. We are always proud to have their family at Purple Hill. One thing that remains constant - Susan, Sam and Charlie.

The Allen Family Bluegrass Reunion Band 
You will experience family harmonies at it's finest. So much versitality and a great gospel music group as well . You will see John P. Allen, "Country Music Hall of famer and a master of the fiddle" in any genre of music.

Pam Brooks and Lonesome Wind Bluegrass Band Returns to the Purple Hill reunion - Pam is often referred to as the "Queen of Bluegrass". A bluegrass band that has played throughout Ontario for a number of years. You are in for a real treat! See you at the Hill!
